Drip and Culture - Socially Minded Coffee

Love everything about this place. It’s very unique. Growing up in a beach park all my life I only wish this existed long ago! We make the drive down frequently from Wisconsin and that says it ALL. The very best coffee and baked goods plus a relaxing and chill atmosphere! The cafe con leche and an oatmeal cardamom raisin cookie won’t steer you wrong! The owner and people who work here are very personable and kind and you can tell out their heart and soul into this business. My husband brings our 3 year old in every time we go almost and we’ve never had a problem and all we got were smiles for her and our one year old last time we were in. Don’t let negative reviews deter you.

One of the most unique coffee shops I’ve been to! Nestled inside a grocery store in the back right corner (just keep going, it’s there and easy to find once you know), Drip and Culture offers delicious and high quality drinks and pastries. The staff was friendly and kind and I liked the to-go iced drink containers. My drink was a little sweet, but that’s on me. I normally ask baristas for advice on drink sweetness since each shop is unique, but I was too busy taking all the stickers and other items. I’m sure they would have adjusted the syrups accordingly so I’ll be sure to ask next time. Lots of cool flavors and combinations!

I just left 10 minutes ago, this is the best damn coffee i ever had in my life. Where have ya’ll been all my life? I took a risk and decided to order the “ Ube” the flavor that put them on the map! I will be going there again to study and sip coffee! The atmosphere is so welcoming and warm. Don’t hesitate! Just go!

I love the vibes of this whole environment. The coffee is tasty and the baristas are knowledgeable, kind and communicative. I love the mission and purpose behind this business. The coffee is bold and so flavorful. I’ve been here a few times and actively go out of my way to drop in!

Been coming here for a few years now and I love it everytime. The effort that goes into the unique menu items is impeccable which reflects how delicious the coffee and matcha is. The vibe is always chill, great decorations, and the people are so nice. Easy to tell how much the owner cares about the business and the community. Best coffee shop in Waukegan!!!
